- Each address is eligible for only one free sample request.
- Individuals under 18 are not eligible to participate.
- If you refer a friend and notify us via email in advance of their visit, the friend may receive a free sample, and the referrer will receive one additional request opportunity (relatives at the same address are not eligible).
