The inner and outer cups of the stainless steel water cup are welded together, but when the bottom of the cup is not welded, special processing is required for the bottom of the cup. This special processing is to weld the getter on the side of the bottom of the cup facing the inner tank of the water cup, and then weld the bottom of the cup to the body of the water cup one by one in sequence. Usually the bottom of the stainless steel thermos cup is composed of 2 or 3 parts.

There will be a vacuum hole at the bottom of the cup of the welding getter.Place glass beads at the holes before all cups are vacuumed. After entering the vacuum furnace, the vacuum furnace will work continuously at a high temperature of 600°C for 4 hours. Due to high temperature heating, the air between the two layers of sandwich walls will expand and be squeezed out of the interlayer between the two walls.

At the same time, the glass beads placed in the vacuum hole at high temperature for a long time will be heated and melted to block the vacuum hole. However, the air between the walls will not be completely discharged due to the high temperature, and the residual gas will be absorbed by the getter that has been placed inside the bottom of the cup, so that the walls of the water cup will form a complete vacuum state.

Why do some internal abnormal noises appear after using for a period of time? This is due to the abnormal sound caused by the getter falling off the bottom of the cup. The appearance of the getter is metal, and when the water cup is shaken after falling off, it will collide with the wall of the cup and make a sound.
