Therefore, when drawing sketches, try to avoid the pits that cannot be realized in production, try to make the design plan as simple as possible, and do not have too many production processes.However, there are still contradictions between creativity and practice.It is inconvenient for the editor to disclose the specific place, because the design confidentiality agreement was signed with the customer, so the editor can only tell the reason. The creative shape has become a design problem for the project.

Taking the stainless steel water cup as an example, except for the detailed processes such as polishing and trimming, the major production processes are currently the same in each factory, such as laser welding, water swelling, stretching, water swelling, etc.Through these processes, the main structure and shape of the water cup are completed, and the creativity is mainly the shape creativity and functional creativity.

Various three-dimensional effects are designed on the surface of the water cup, and it is hoped that the surface of the stainless steel water cup can be realized by stamping.This is a more common problem. For the water cup realized by the welding process, the stamping process is relatively more realized.But for the water cup that can only be achieved by stretching, the stamping process is difficult to achieve on the cup body now.
