What kind of water cups are suitable for different cup lids?

Recently, I saw my colleague in charge of foreign trade in my factory arranging cup lids and taking pictures. Knowing the needs of overseas customers, I hope to choose a few suitable for their water cups from the many lids we have developed, so that a water cup has different functions and is suitable for use in different environments.

1. Flip cover

Suitable for sports or only one-handed use, such as car cups, bicycle cups, etc. The purpose is to make drinking water more convenient for people, and at the same time, it will not cause danger to existing movements when using it. Due to the structural design of the flip cover, the heat dissipation will be slightly faster, so the flip cover is not the most thermally insulated under the comparison of the same type of cup body, the same capacity and the different structure of the cup cover.

2. Sliding lid

The cup lid of the sliding lid mechanism is more used on coffee cups and cold drink cups, and the sliding lid is more convenient to open. However, due to the structure, the lid of the slide mechanism is usually sealed and cannot be placed in the bag with you. It is more suitable for use in the room, at home or in the office. The thermal insulation of the sliding lid is average. This is because the mouth of the sliding lid is generally larger, the heat dissipation is fast, and the sliding lid body is thin.

3. Straw caps

cup caps with straw function are more used on children's drinking cups. Combined with the use of the reverser, it can more safely meet the drinking water needs of children, and at the same time, it will not choke children due to the large mouth of the cup or the reverse flow of water. The straw cups used by adults are mostly cold drink cups, so the drinking cups with straws are more used by sports people, and the sales in summer will be better.

4. Push cover

The push-type lid is a threaded structure that removes the lid and the mouth of the water cup, and combines the lid and the body of the cup by pressing hard. The design of pressing the lid not only facilitates people to quickly open the water cup, but also facilitates cleaning after use. But it is also the reason for the structure. The water tightness of the water cups with the pressing lids on the market is usually not good. Among the lids of many different structures, the sealing performance of the lids with the pressing lid is ranked last.

5. The screw cap

As the name implies, is the rotating cup cover, which is locked by the screw thread of the cup cover and the mouth of the water cup, so as to achieve the effect of sealing water. The screw cap water cup can be used for various occasions and functions, but it cannot be used for car driving and bicycle cup use. In view of the comparison of the above cup lids, the water cup with the screw lid is the best in terms of thermal insulation and sealing performance.
