6. Check the liner of the water cup.

If there are welds, see if the welds are black, and whether there are obvious welding spots between the inner cup wall tube and the bottom of the cup. At the same time, some water cups have no welds due to the stretching process. At this time, the water cups of these two processes should check whether there are obvious scratches inside the inner tank.

7. The leak-proofness of the water cup.

This can be tested together with the thermal insulation effect of the water cup. Fill the water glass with hot water, pick up the water glass by hand after 3 minutes, and test whether the surface of the water glass starts to heat up as the hot water inside the water glass is poured. If there is a significant temperature change, the water cup is not insulated. If there is no change, turn the water glass upside down after the lid is tightened, and let it stand for 10 minutes to see if there is any water leakage. If there is no water leakage, it means that there is no problem with the sealing of the water cup.

8. Check the desiccant, manual and certificate of the water cup.

A qualified water cup is indispensable for these three accessories, especially the manual. Because some water cups have more functions during production and development, if there is no complete instruction for use, it is very likely that the water cup will be damaged in the early stage of use.
