We undertake a custom project for a stainless steel water cup. The inside and outside of this cup are made of 304 stainless steel, and the surface of the cup is powder coating.All the processes can be described as perfect when the spraying is completed, and there is no problem, but when the customer logo is printed, the problem appears.

Guests choose to print a black logo on the white water glass and a white logo on the black water glass. The first thing we did was to print the white logo on the black sports water cup. The process we used was roll printing, but as a result, problems appeared. Many water cups have been printed repeatedly, and the printing machine has been debugged many times, but the same problem cannot be solved. When the white ink is printed on the surface of the black water cup, the background color will always appear, and even the customer's logo is incomplete when it is serious. Even if it is slight, it feels like the logo has been washed.

In order to achieve the effect required by the customer, in order to reflect the perfect effect, the roll printing machine was debugged for 6 hours before and after.In the end, the master of roll printing had to admit that this process was not suitable for printing on this water cup and needed to be changed to pad printing.In the end, after changing to the pad printing process, many of them achieved the effect that the customer wanted.Seeing this, everyone must think that the story is over here.
