Simply explain from the following two aspects:

1.Different Material

Different materials have different rigidities and different temperature resistances will cause different material requirements for the mold. The same set of molds used for PP processing is completely different from ABS processing. If the mold is not adjusted and the processing requirements are at the same time, the material will shrink significantly.

2. Different Processing Method

The processing method is different, and the mold cannot be used universally. Some products can be produced in the cold runner, but some materials need to be processed and produced by the hot runner method. The difference between the cold and hot runners also has different requirements for the mold structure. Similarly, for example, PP and Tritan have different materials and different processing times, and the same set of molds cannot meet the use of these two different materials.
