Tritan's full name: Copolyester, a new generation of copolyester, is a new plastic material invented by the American Eastman Company. Tritan has currently passed 51 safe food-grade tests worldwide, and is recognized in the United States for use in the production of water cups for babies.

1.This material will not release BPA when the temperature exceeds 70℃ like other plastic materials. Tritan has been tested to be able to withstand minus 30°C in low temperature and 120°C in high temperature. Regardless of whether it exceeds this limit temperature, Tritan will not release BPA.

2.Tritan has high transparency, and the transparency can reach the acrylic level.

3.Tritan has excellent resistance. When tested under the same environment, Tritan's performance is far superior to PC, AS and other materials.

Tritan has a strong anti-chemical and water-resistant function, can resist the corrosion of detergents, oils, perfumes and other liquids, and can resist hydrolysis in hot and humid environments.

Unlike some other plastic materials, Tritan materials are only suitable for injection molding or blow molding processes. Tritan can be used in various processing techniques such as injection molding, extrusion, extrusion blowing, injection stretch blowing and so on.
